Put a twist on the classics:

Spicy Gin and Ginger:

• 45 ml Cainbrook Classic London Dry Gin
• 20ml lime juice
• 20ml gin cocktail syrup
• 60 ml ginger beer 
• fresh mint leaves and slice of lime

          Serve over ice

Or try your hand at a Ginger French 75:

• 45 ml Cainbrook Classic London Dry Gin
• 20ml fresh lemon juice
• 20ml ginger liqueur
• 60ml prosecco
• Add fresh ginger for extra zing!

          Serve over ice

If those are too spicy for your taste, try a refreshing variation of the classic Gimlet (Long Drink):

• 60 ml Cainbrook Classic London Dry Gin
• 30ml Lime cordial
• slice/ wedge of lime
• 30ml unsweetened tonic water

           Serve over ice
